Today, the Bishop of the Diocese of Kinkiizi, Rt. Rev. Dan Zoreka, accompanied by Mama Flora Zoreka, visited Kangarame Church of Uganda Parish for a Confirmation and Farewell Service.
During the service, Bishop Dan confirmed 66 Christians, encouraging them to remain steadfast in their faith, committed to the teachings of Christ, and active in the life and ministry of the Church.

The occasion also marked part of the Bishop’s farewell tour as he prepares to retire next year. He expressed his heartfelt gratitude to the clergy, church leaders, and Christians of Kangarame Parish for their unwavering prayers, support, and partnership throughout his episcopal ministry. He urged them to continue serving God faithfully and to uphold unity within the Church.

The service was attended by clergy, parish leaders, and hundreds of Christians who gathered to celebrate the confirmation of the candidates and to bid farewell to Bishop Dan and Mama Flora as they continue their farewell pastoral visits across the Diocese.
