🌟 Diocesan Secretariat Departments
Staff are distributed across specialized departments, each serving a vital role in holistic ministry and development:

- Youth & Children Rooted in the revival spirit, this department nurtures the next generation through Sunday schools, youth fellowships, and leadership camps. In Kinkiizi, where over 60% of the population is under 25, partnerships can support mentorship programs, vocational training, and sports evangelism.
- ICT Driving the digital evangelical wing by equipping parishes with modern communication tools. In Kinkiizi, ICT bridges rural congregations with online worship, radio, and e‑learning. Partners can help expand internet access, provide equipment, and train digital missionaries.
- Education Department Overseeing diocesan schools, literacy programs, and scholarships. With many rural children struggling to access quality education, partnerships can strengthen teacher training, build classrooms, and fund bursaries for vulnerable learners.
- Women’s Ministry Empowering women in faith, family, and community development. In Kinkiizi, women lead savings groups, health initiatives, and prayer fellowships. Partnerships can support microfinance, maternal health, and leadership training.
- Men’s Ministry Strengthening men’s fellowship, leadership, and stewardship. Locally, this includes farming cooperatives, discipleship groups, and community service. Partners can help with agricultural innovation, financial literacy, and mentorship.
- Missions & Evangelism Driving outreach, discipleship, and revival across parishes. In Kinkiizi’s mountainous terrain, evangelists trek to remote villages. Partnerships can provide transport, training, and resources for mission teams.
- Treasury Department Managing diocesan finances, accountability, and donor relations. Transparency is key to sustaining trust. Partners can strengthen financial systems, audits, and donor reporting.
- Health Department Supporting hospitals, clinics, and community health initiatives. In Kinkiizi, where access to healthcare is limited, partnerships can provide medical supplies, mobile clinics, and training for health workers.
- Estates Department Managing diocesan land, buildings, and infrastructure. With over 177 land files submitted for titling, partnerships can support sustainable land use, construction, and conservation projects.
- Household & Community Promoting family welfare, community development, and social services. Locally, this includes counseling, food security, and youth rehabilitation. Partners can help scale up community centers and family support programs.
- Scholarships Providing educational opportunities for students in need. In Kinkiizi, scholarships open doors for orphans and vulnerable children. Partnerships can expand bursary funds and mentorship networks.
- Ngoto Island Tourism Hub Showcasing eco‑tourism, conservation, and cultural heritage. This hub highlights Lake Edward’s biodiversity and Batwa cultural heritage. Partnerships can promote sustainable tourism, conservation, and local livelihoods.
- African University of Science & Management Partnering in higher education and leadership training. In collaboration with the Diocese, the university equips future leaders. Partnerships can support scholarships, research, and infrastructure.
